 PROBATE MATTERS

Process Server for Probate Matters

Following a death, you may need the assistance of a process server experienced in probate matters — and Atlantic Legal's probate matters process server can offer experienced help. Whether you’re an executor or administrator, we’re here to help you through this difficult time and offer help where you need it most. Many of us have been through similar situations.

If the deceased left a will, an executor is appointed to act on behalf of the estate, including filing lawsuits, making claims for wrongful death, paying off creditors, and selling assets, as well as distributing the estate to the deceased beneficiaries or those entitled.

If no will has been written, the legal personal representative is known as the administrator.

We can offer services for both executors and administrators, from serving conservatorship papers to demurrers, which are the legal written response pleading the dismissal of a lawsuit.

At Atlantic Legal, we use only the most experienced process servers, familiar with local, state and national laws for probate matters of all kinds. They’ll ensure your papers are served quickly and legally within the proper time frame, so you’ll be assured you can go forward with the legal action you’re pursuing.

When you use Atlantic Legal as your nationwide legal process service, you’ll find the judicial system can make a faster decision with all the information they need right at hand.
