NO SERVE - NO FEE?

Anytime you see this type of Pricing, there is always a catch to it!

If the doc's are not served, you still need an Affidavit stating Due Diligence! That's when they charge you $40 or more for the Affidavit. So is it really NO SERVE-NO FEE??

We stand by our statement & promise:

We treat every assignment as if it were our ONLY assignment. If the address provided is correct, the turn around time for service of process is rather quick. Our Process Servers make attempts between:

5:30 am to 8:00 am

8:00 am to 5:00 pm

5:00 pm to 9:00 pm

THAT'S DUE DILIGENCE!

If the address supplied is no longer active, we perform a location search and notify our client immediately.

If the current address is within a reasonable distance, the Process Server is dispatched to the new location.

WE DO NOT SEND BACK TO CLIENT STATING INVALID/BAD ADDRESS WITH HOPES THAT THEY WILL RE-ASSIGN WITH NEW ADDRESS WITH AN ADDITIONAL FEE!
